Sale items and customised orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges
Products can only be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery
The product must be unwashed, unused and with unbroken tags
Quality check of the product will be done once we receive the product
Shipping costs and COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount
