Returns Policy
Sale items and customised orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges
Products can only be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery
The product must be unwashed, unused and with unbroken tags
Quality check of the product will be done once we receive the product
Shipping costs and COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount
Notify the company within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product, and send pictures to thesamoastudio@gmail.com
International Order are not eligible for returns.
All products purchased from The Samoa are shipped in excellent condition.
Depending upon the location, the product will be shipped to you within 2-3 working days and will reach you within 7 days.
International Orders May take upto 15 to 20 days to be delivered.
